Return Policy:

We do not currently accept returns of crates or custom orders. All sales of crates and custom products are final. Please review you order carefully before submitting.

Since 1946, Pak-Rite, Ltd - Michigan has put forth great effort to maintain its reputation for impeccable quality. We are an industry leader in supplying innovative custom containers and packaging to various industries for the national and international transportation of goods.

Pak-Rite, Ltd - Michigan guarantees that the quality of workmanship and materials used in the manufacture of our products is consistent with industry standards and that our products will perform as intended. Without control over secondary handling, shipping, and storage, we cannot guarantee the exact lifespan of the products we produce. To date, Pak-Rite, Ltd - Michigan has not had any major product failures caused by poor workmanship or substandard materials. Containers and packing components are currently being used worldwide in various industries. Containers and components can, and have been, tested in approved testing facilities and data provided to demonstrate performance. Typical industries served include; automotive, medical equipment, aerospace, military, exhibitor, and others.

Pak-Rite, Ltd – Michigan welcomes customers to visit its manufacturing facilities and see first hand, the quality, care, and pride which goes into every product we make.

Local Pick-Up Policy:

•Customers will receive an email and phone call when their order is available for pick-up. If you do not receive an email, or phone call regarding the status of your order within 24 business hours, please contact us.
•Customer pick-up hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Please wait until you receive a pick-up notification before coming to the store.

Note: We ONLY hold/store an order for 5 business days after notification that the order is ready for pick up. If the order is not picked up within 5 business days the items will be returned to inventory and the customer is charged a 20% restocking fee, a refund is then issued (minus the 20% restocking fee).
